Privacy policy

What we collect, what we don't, and what we do with all of it.

One-sentence summary

Conclave MD is a desktop app. We collect absolutely nothing about you or your patients on our servers, because we don't have servers.

Data the app processes

Conclave MD stores on your machine the documents you upload, the cases you analyze, and the verdicts generated. This data lives in local SQLite and LanceDB. It is never sent to servers we control.

External LLM providers

If you configure Conclave MD with Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or a similar remote provider, queries pass through a local de-identification layer and are then sent to that provider under your own API key. That provider's privacy policy applies to those queries. For zero data egress, use Ollama or Apple Intelligence.

Telemetry and analytics

None. Conclave MD sends no usage data, contains no Google Analytics or equivalent, uses no cookies, and does not log which documents you open or which cases you analyze.
